How Our Private Yoga & Coaching Works
Initial Consultation
Everything in life starts with a conversation. Health, yoga, food & fitness is no different. You can book our Yoga classes right away and join in without a consultation.
However, you can also schedule a free online consultation where we discuss, and go over what your personal goals & needs, and challenges are across food, health, schedule, habits and fitness.
Your Personal Plan
Based on our free consultation my coach team will program the perfect plan for you. Taking into account your schedule, and available time, your goals, health, challenges, preferences and level of experience.
Ongoing coaching
The ongoing coaching that Yoga Mida provides can be as simple or inclusive as you need it to be.
Perhaps we will focus on nothing but a yoga session or two per week. Or we will include a custom tailored food plan, some strength training, hiking, and running.
At Yoga Mida we make sure to meet each client in the reality of their daily life.
On location & Online
Our private yoga classes happen on location in Cape Town as do our yoga studio classes.
But our educated coach team also coaches clients online, helping you, all-year-round with your daily life, food challenges, fat loss, health, strength goals, habits, endurance stress management, rest, sleep, and aerobic exercise.
Having an all-year-round human coach dramatically increases adherence and outcomes.
