A little about Yoga Mida.

As a certified yoga teacher, my journey has been deeply rooted in a life of mindful movement, strength, and nourishment. For years, I’ve embraced a lifestyle centered around holistic wellness—balancing dynamic strength training with the fluidity of Yoga, Indoor rock-climbing, and fueling my body with wholesome, vibrant foods.

My passion for exploration led me across the globe, including Sweden, Munich, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, to name a few, including years spent residing in the vibrant city of Dubai; completing my Bachelor of Arts Degree, whilst I immersed myself in diverse cultures and wellness practices with a concentration on Gut-Brain health. Now, I’ve found my heart’s home in the breathtaking beauty of Cape Town, where I can share my love for yoga, mindful living, and the transformative power of movement.

Through my teachings, I hope to inspire others to cultivate strength, balance, and joy — Both On and Off the Mat.
