How far in advance should I book your services?
Ideally, the sooner the better! The earlier you start your journey the better off you will be. It is never to late in life to turn the page and adopt healthier habits, and a healthier life. But there are no benefits with waiting either. Private yoga sessions should be scheduled at least 1 week in advance. But, I am always happy to discuss your specific schedule, even if your timeline is shorter.
What types of coaching services do Yoga Mida specialize in?
I have extensive experience in coaching yoga, and a lifetime of experience living a healthy, educated life, all-year-round. My coaching team has worked full time for over a decade coaching healthy, nutritional choices, and how to form better food and lifestyle habits, as well as strength training, endurance, health coaching, gym classes, water fitness classes, special needs clients, combat sport classes, motivation, rest and recovery.
What is your client process?
We always begin with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your preferences, goals, availability, needs and challenges. From there, I’ll develop a customized plan that fits into your available schedule. Once we start working together it is a ongoing journey that develops as you progress. This ongoing progression applies no matter if you are only hiring me for private yoga sessions, or if you need help with food, health, habits, fat loss, strength, endurance and other forms of exercise too.
Do you have a preferred list of studios, and coaches you work with?
Yes, I’ve built a strong relationship with a select few studios, such as Zone Fitness, Cape Quarter located in the beautiful Lifestyle Village, and experienced, highly educated coaches. But our private yoga sessions, and corporate yoga, and coaching can take place at any suitable location within Cape Town.
